Shipping & returns

Every keepsake is made just for you, with your pet's photo and name. Here is how it works, in plain words.

🚚 Shipping

• Shipping is free.
• Each keepsake is made after you order. It usually arrives in about 1–2 weeks, depending on where you live.
• We ship to 48 countries. You can see the list on the keepsake screen.
• You can send it straight to someone else. Just put their address at checkout.

💛 If something is wrong

• If your keepsake arrives damaged, misprinted or not as shown, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will make a new one and send it to you for free, or give you your money back. Your choice.
• If it hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, tell us and we'll look into it right away.

Changing your mind

• Because each keepsake is made only for your pet, we can't take it back if you simply change your mind.
• If you made a mistake (a typo, the wrong design), email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it's made.
• Want to change the photo or words on it? Edit the memorial first, then order. The keepsake uses what's on the memorial at the moment you pay.

Everything from keepsakes goes to keeping Light a Paw running, free for everyone, and to helping grieving hearts heal. 🤍
